Sunday Dresses

I put the girls in their matching dresses this morning, but Lilys was just way too big! So she had to wear something else..but when we got home we took some pictures in the matching ones.
Ella wasn't very cooperative, but at least we got a picture!

Lily loves to wear these warm jammies. She normally wears the cute pink bear ones, but they were in the laundry so I dug these out of the Christmas box! They are probably for a boy but she looked pretty cute with the little antlers!

Ella discovered scarves yesterday! She looks pretty cute in them too! The hat is a little funny though, she looks like a conehead! She is wearing her new horsey shirt from gymboree too, this is a few minutes before she spit chocolate milk all over it...now she only gets water in her cup. Any other suggestions to keep her from drinking then spitting it all over the place?!

We started our day down in Spanish Fork to go to lunch with Stan and Jessica at Lucky 5, but I didn't get any pictures! Thanks again for inviting us, it was fun!

Then we drove to Park City to watch the bobsled races...the drive up was wet, but clear..no snow..the minute we got out of the car it was like a blizzard! I was FREEZING!
About 5 min later the sun was out and there was tons of bright blue sky! Weird Utah weather!

Ellas first time using hand warmers, we stuck them in her gloves to keep her fingers warm!

You can't go to Park City and not go to the outlet mall, or at least not the Gymboree store! So I ran in really quick while Joe waited with the girls in the car. They were having a great sale so I got the girls cute matching dresses for tomorrow (4.99 each! I love a good sale!)...luckily we were on a tight time schedule so I didn't get to look long!

We drove home and dropped Lily off with Grandma and Grandpa and then headed to SLC for Monster Jam!

Ella had a great time! She was really concerned about the cars that were getting crunched under the monster trucks. It was pretty funny!

I have some great videos of the show, but they aren't posting for some reason tonight and its late so i'm going to bed! I'll try again tomorrow....

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

Happy Birthday Ella!

Today is Ellas 2nd Birthday! I can't believe how fast two years can go and how big my baby is! We had to take Lily to the doctor this morning for her 2 week check up (but she's 3 weeks now). She's 9lbs and 21.5 inches, I don't remember what percentile she was in but the doctor and nurse said she was really strong! (The nurse was doing the pku test and Lily kept kicking her foot out of the nurses hand!) Joe took Ella down to the cafe to get lunch while I was in with Lily. After the doctor we took Ella to kiddie kandids for her birthday picture. They turned out really cute! Ella loves horses right now so we put her in her little cowgirl outfit and took her pony stick for the picture. On the way home we stopped at Playland and had icecream and let Ella run around for an hour. She had a bunch of fun and didn't want to leave. Joe had to climb in after her! Tonight I have my scrapbooking thing so it's Joes first time with both girls by himself!

About 30 min before we had to leave to get pictures taken, Ella spit (she thinks its funny to put it in her mouth and let it drool out..nice) red coolaid all over her shirt. Luckily it came out with a lot of stain remover and the shirt was semi dry for pictures! Aren't two year olds fun!

Lily in her cute new sweater. It was a gift from one of the guys Joe works with. His wife made it and a really cute pair of purple booties. She wore it to her doctor appointment yesterday which we were two days early for! Ooops, so we went over the the hospital cafe and had lunch. They have the best turkey sandwiches, I think we'll go to lunch every doctors appointment..they are that good!
